We want you to love your Spongellé experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unused and unopened products. Due to the hygienic nature of our body buffers and skincare, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack With Care

  Securely pack your unopened products in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
